Born in 1972, in Fukue island, Nagasaki.
Studied philosophy at Sophia University
In 1995, he started a new theatre project "reset-N".
In 1999 he won "the 4th Japan Playwrights Association Newcomer Prize" with "knob".
In 2000, The company's production "LOCK" was invited and performed at Toga Summer Arts Program 2000 in Toyama, and the performance of the play in Tokyo won a prize of "Arts Festival for Tokyo Thousand Year".
In 2001,
English version of his play "Rei-Mei" was premiered in London, UK, which was titled as "Dawn", produced by Kunihiko Tano.
Play "KYRIE" was appeared on Theater's Magazine "The Time of the Words(Serifu no jidai)" at his age of 29.
At present, Natsui is staying in Marseille with JAPANESE GOVERNMENT OVERSEAS STUDY PROGRAMME FOR ARTISTS, until August 2007.
He is planning to write new piece called "MAYU/COCOON".
